For participants, the Lab is an immersive learning exchange. Modelled off the learnings and successes of the Canadian GTA Housing Action Lab over the past four years, with whom Business Models Inc. shares a learning exchange memorandum of understanding, the Housing Action Lab will provide an environment to test and explore solutions to entrenched challenges.
The HAL creates real solutions for social change. A necessity as the sector looks to reset, reimagine and restart in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
What transformative actions can we take together today, to deliver the housing solutions of tomorrow creating prosperity for all ages and life stages?

Five key opportunity areas have been identified for the Housing Action Lab to explore.
2. New Funding models
3. New ways to operate
